YARN PRESENTATION : our standard presentation for all yarn is in hank (or skein) form. However we can wind them into balls for you for a small extra charge of $2 per hank (except full 100 gm hanks of "Lacie Gracie" because of it's greater length where the charge is $5.00).

Parcels under 50 gms $2.20 (pack & post)
Add $7.50 for Regular Post satchel with tracking - orders weighing more than 50 gms & less than 500gms .
Add $11.90 for Regular Post satchel with tracking - orders weighing >500gms up to 3 kgs.
Add $15.10 for Regular Post satchel with tracking - orders over 3kg up to 5 kgs.
Note that Express Post can be requested for a small extra charge.
NB: Post & packaging costs for extra bulky orders within the above weight ranges eg where orders include a lot of wool top or where orders are outside these ranges (including international orders), will be charged at cost. Note that there may be a small additional charge for these bulky items if special packaging is required.

Remember that most of our products are not mass produced and are dyed to your special order. It may take a week or two and sometimes more to deliver your order. We will always give you some idea as to turn around time. If your request is urgent, please discuss this with us and we will determine whether or not, we can do your dyeing in your required time frame.
