Our Rewards Scheme has been designed to tell our customers that we value them and want them to go on enjoying our products over the long term.
We want to extend the usual benefits of wholesale /bulk purchasing, to our retail customers by rewarding you with credits based on the amount you spend in store at Precious Purl on any visit or through a Lara Downs' mail order.
If you spend $50 or more in store (or place a mail order for $50 or more excluding postage), then we will reward you with a credit for $5. If that order or purchase at Precious Purl is $100 or more, then we will reward you with a $10 credit. If that amount is over $150, then our reward to you is a $15 credit token. Spend $200 or more and the reward is $20 in tokens and so on.
These tokens will be redeemable for any products in store or available via our mail order service or used as part payment when enrolling in any Precious Purl workshop. Mail order customers will receive the appropriate token each time they place and pay for an order, whereas customers shopping at Precious Purl will be provided with a reuseable Reward Card which will be stamped with their credit each time they visit (depending on expenditure levels).
To use your accumulated credits, either present your stamped card in store or if you are a mail order customer, simply post your tokens to Lara Downs with a note clearly indicating how you want to spend your credits. You may supplement the value of the tokens with an extra cash or credit payment if you wish. Please keep your tokens in a safe place for later use.
To join our Reward Scheme, simply send us an email OR send an order > $50 in value and you will automatically receive a Rewards Credit.
Update Jan 2012: Our Rewards scheme has been running for 12 months now and we deem it a success in that customers are always pleased to receive their Reward Cards and enjoy cashing them in on extra products. However remember that the onus is on each customer to keep track of Reward tokens/credits because no central records are kept, to minimise the cost of the program. Reward cards cannot be replaced and must be presented either in person or by mail in order to be redeemed.

Further Rewards in the form of discounted pricing are available to those placing an order for OR spending $500 or more in store.
Orders between $500 and $749 attract a 15 % discount.
Orders between $750+ and $999. attract a 20% discount.
Orders between $1,000 & $1,499 attract a 25% discount;
Orders between $ 1,500 and $1,999 attract a 30% discount &
any orders over $2,000 attract a 35% discount.
This formula for wholesale purchase will be introduced from Feb 1st 2012.
